To submit a claim for damaged jewelry, please visit our return portal and select “Broken Jewelry or Shipping Claim.”

At Salty Siren Jewelry, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted to be worn, loved, and lived in. Your jewelry should feel like a lasting treasure—something you reach for again and again. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and want you to wear them with confidence.

We offer a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery for any item that experiences a fault due to normal wear. If your jewelry breaks within this timeframe, we’ll happily repair or replace it.

What’s Covered
If your piece is damaged under typical, everyday wear, we’ve got you covered. Examples include:

☼ A clasp that no longer closes properly
☼ A charm that detaches unexpectedly
☼ A link that breaks without misuse

In these cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label so you can send your piece back to us for repair or replacement.

What’s Not Covered
While we wish we could protect against everything, the following are not covered under our warranty:

☼ Breakage from pulling, catching, dropping, or rough handling
☼ Damage caused by pets (chewed or bent pieces)
☼ Water damage to items not marked as water-safe
☼ Tarnishing

A Note on Tarnishing
We take pride in offering many tarnish-resistant pieces—styles designed to keep up with your everyday life. However, over time, exposure to elements like sunscreen, perfume, lotions, sweat, water, and even air can cause metals to naturally tarnish.

Because tarnishing is a natural chemical reaction, it is not considered a product fault and is not covered under our warranty.

Some pieces are water-safe, but not all. We always recommend checking the product description for care details before wearing your jewelry in the shower, pool, or while applying products. A little extra care goes a long way in preserving your pieces and their shine ✨

What Happens Next
Submit your claim through our return portal along with photos of the item. If approved, you’ll send the piece back to us and we’ll repair or replace it—covering shipping both ways.

If the damage falls outside of our warranty, we’re still happy to help. We can offer repair options, with shipping and service fees covered by the customer.
